I started on construction sites as a civil engineer — trained to build structures that last, where every foundation had to be solid before adding the next floor. That mindset never left me.
When I moved into the digital world, I didn't become a marketer. I became a systems architect. I built the backend engines that let entrepreneurs grow without burning out — 80+ automated workflows, 3,000+ people running on systems I designed.
Today, through AutoRunBiz PLT, I apply that same obsession to Malaysian SMEs — replacing manual, repetitive work with AI systems that follow up leads, close sales, and run operations around the clock.
