Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled by the seanlooi.com website and by the Personal AI assistant application (the “App”). Both are operated by Sean Looi, co-founder of AutoRunBiz PLT (SSM LLP0046257-LGN), Selangor, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “I”).
The App is a private, single-user automation system. It is used by its owner to run his own business and personal workflows. It is not a public product, it is not offered to third parties, and it does not create accounts for other people.
1. Information we access
Voluntarily provided information
- Name, business name and the message you submit through the contact form on this website. The contact form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled; nothing from that form is stored on this website.
- Email correspondence you send to us.
Google user data (with your authorisation)
When a Google Account is connected to the App, you authorise it through Google’s own OAuth consent screen. The App may then access the following data in the connected Google Account only:
- Gmail — read messages, and send or modify messages, using Gmail API scopes.
- Google Calendar — read and manage calendar events.
- Google Drive — read and manage files created by or shared with the account.
- Google Docs and Google Sheets — read and edit documents and spreadsheets.
- Google Contacts — read contact details, where this scope is granted.
The App does not access any Google Account that has not been explicitly authorised by that account’s owner.
2. How we use this information
Data is used only to perform the tasks the account owner asks the App to perform. In practice this means:
- Reading and drafting email, and sending email on the owner’s behalf.
- Reading and updating calendar events, documents, spreadsheets and files.
- Summarising or extracting information needed for the owner’s own business operations and reporting.
Limited Use disclosure. The App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and is not transferred to third parties except where required by law or to provide the App’s own features to its owner.
3. Where data is stored and how it is protected
- Google user data is processed on the owner’s own computer equipment and stored locally. It is not uploaded to any third-party analytics, advertising or data-broker service.
- OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored locally in protected credential files, are never published, and are transmitted only to Google’s own API endpoints over HTTPS.
- Access is limited to the account owner. There is no shared multi-tenant database of Google user data.
- Some processing may be performed by third-party AI model providers strictly to complete a task requested by the owner. Where that happens, only the minimum content required for that task is sent.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade or share Google user data or any other personal data with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties. Data is disclosed only:
- to service providers strictly as needed to operate the App (for example, an AI model provider processing a task), under confidentiality obligations;
- where required by law, regulation or valid legal process;
- with the account owner’s explicit instruction.
5. Retention and deletion
- Locally stored data is retained only as long as it is useful for the owner’s operations, and is deleted when no longer needed.
- You can delete your data by contacting us using the details in section 8. We will delete or anonymise personal data within 30 days of a verified request, unless we are legally required to retain it.
- You can review or revoke this App’s access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further Google API access immediately.
6. Cookies and site analytics
This website does not require cookies for you to read it, and it does not run advertising or behavioural-tracking scripts. If any measurement tooling is used, it is limited to aggregate page statistics and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
7. Children
The App and this website are intended for business and personal use by adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the “Last updated” date above will change and the revised policy will be published at this address. Continued use of the App after an update means the updated policy applies.
